Major Description
All the translation of docs should be held under this umbrella issue. The best practice would be one doc page one subtask. Before releasing a new version, we will align with the English docs.

The Chinese docs support by jekyll-multiple-languages plugin. More details about this plugin, please see: http://jekyll-langs-sample.liaohuqiu.net/
Generally speaking, two basic steps:
- create a subtask issue of this umbrella issue for the page you want to translate;
- copy the English markdown page and rename it to *.cn.md then translate it to Chinese
