Refactoring of parts of HoodieMetadataArchiveLog have changed behaviour of Archival

The refactoring of HoodieMetadataArchiveLog to MetadataConverionUtils has changed the behaviour of how replacecommit.* files will be handled.

Before the logic was TimelineArchiveLog but now it has been changed to MetadaConversionUtils.

The issue with the code is replacecommit.* can be generated from different places and not from clustering alone.
