TableOutput: wrong default decimal separator char for BigNumbers

In case of BigNumbers, the Get Output Field taken from a TableOutput specifies a wrong default decimal separator character. The picture below is taken from a system with locale it_IT where the decimal separator char is a comma and we clearly see that only for that data type the decimal separator is a dot.
