WebHCat can't show metadata on tables with custom classes

Using webhcat to retrieve table information on tables with custom SerDes errors with a ClassNotFoundException. Even sending specific DDL commands starting with ADD JAR fail because ADD JAR doesn't seem to be part of HCatalog's DDL grammar. As a result, no table actions work on tables that require custom jars.
