add LIKE keyword support for SHOW FUNCTIONS

It would be nice to add LIKE keyword support for SHOW FUNCTIONS as below, and keep the patterns consistent to the way as SHOW DATABASES, SHOW TABLES.

SHOW FUNCTIONS LIKE 'foo*';
