Add security page in Hive website

It could be helpful to have a page on the website laying down some criteria to make it easier to determine whether something is working as expected or is a security issue in Hive.
 
The page can range from very simple (e.g. https://commons.apache.org/security.html#Security_Model) to something more extensive (e.g. https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/security/security_model.html).
