    Description

      Currently a few source files in the repo which have an ASF header contain also a copyright notice mentioning the ASF.

      There are various entries similar to the one below.

      Copyright XXXX The Apache Software Foundation.

      The ASF policy advises against this practice. The ASF header should not contain a copyright notice.
