Support multi-stream hs2 fetch from JDBC driver

Thrift hs2 protocol supports sharing of session and statement handles as well as providing start row offset for result batches. These primitives can be used to connect multiple client streams to a query result, transfer results in parallel, and provide a properly ordered result to the client application via standard JDBC interfaces.
