Hdfs directory's ACLs are not checked when hive drops a table or a partition

When hive tries to drop a table or a partition, it checks the write permission on the hdfs directory. The current logic checks user's and group's permission, but misses the Acl.  However there's a case where write permission is granted to the user thru' Acls. So in that case, the table/partition drop command will fail.
