Adds Cloud Spanner support to Hive Metastore. Datanucleus should also be patched for Spanner support but Datanucleus 4 does not accept patches anymore.

This feature adds Cloud Spanner support for the Hive Metastore. Cloud Spanner will be a new option to persist the Hive Metastore data.
