Prepare Guava for Upgrades

    Description

      Hive is currently using some Guava methods that are removed in future versions, also, in some projects, the version of Guava being used is being implicitly inherited from other projects even though Hive has a defined version. Be explicit about it.

      These actions will make upgrading Guava versions easier in the future.
