LLAP: local directories should be cleaned up on ContainerRunnerImpl.queryFailed

    Description

      Currently, QueryTracker.cleanupLocalDirs is only called on QueryTracker.queryComplete. We need to investigate what happens to local files (shuffle intermediate files) on query failures. I guess ContainerRunnerImpl.queryFailed could be a caller for that.
