Thrift client throws TApplication Exception instead of TTransportException

When the thrift version is upgraded from 0.9.3 to 0.13, TServiceClient is throwing TApplicationException instead of TTransportException for a couple of tests in hive/ql. So TTransportException should be changed to TException which is more appropriate.
