Can't start Hive Interactive Server in HDP 3.1.4 Cluster

Hive interactive server is not working.  The installation guide has  been followed (https://docs.cloudera.com/HDPDocuments/HDP3/HDP-3.1.4/performance-tuning/content/hive_prepare_to_tune_performance.html) but when the server try to start, an errors appears.
