Description
Impala needs a new capability to tell only read supported for bucketed tables. No matter it is managed or external, ACID or not. Also in the current implementation, when HIVEBUCKET2 is not in the capabilities list, a bucked external table returned as an un-bucketed one, we need a way to know it is "downgraded" from a bucketed table.
