delete_deleta_x_x cannot modify delta_x_x

with split update an update statement will produce delete_deleta_x_x and delta_x_x for any auto commit txn. For multi-statement txn delete_delta_x_x_k may modify delta_x_x_j for j < k.
Since we generate splits from delta_x_x there may be a small optimization here.
