CLI doesn't show errors regarding transactions

    Description

      for example, calling commit in autocommit mode should fail, which it does, but the user can't see it.

      need to add console.printError(cpr.toString()); in Driver.rollback(CommandProcessorResponse cpr) but it causes a lot of TestNegativeCliDriver failures
