    Description

      In HDFS-7729, raw erasure coder is used in order not to depend on the ErasureCoder api defined in HDFS-7662 or even ErasureCodec api defined in HDFS-7337 since they're still upcoming.
      This is a follow up issue to work on that when the high level constructs are available.
