    Description

      TestCacheDirectives fails on trunk due to:

      testBasicPoolOperations(org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.namenode.TestCacheDirectives)  Time elapsed: 1.618 sec  <<< ERROR!
java.lang.RuntimeException: Cannot start datanode because the configured max locked memory size (dfs.datanode.max.locked.memory) is greater than zero and native code is not available.

      Configuration of max locked memory size should be dependent on whether native code is available.
