Hftp does not audit log

The NN servlets only log "external" fs operations. External is based on whether there is a Call in the RPC.Server context. At least in the case of hftp, the servlets obtain the RPC proxy and invoke methods on the server-side proxy. Since this bypasses the RPC bridge, no Call is created and the fs operation is not logged.
