Description

Fix couple of unit-tests:

TestRouterRpc

TestRouterRpcMultiDest

TestNestedSnapshots

TestPersistBlocks

TestDirectoryScanner

Increase Maven OPTS, Remove timeouts from couple of tests and Add a retry flaky test option in the build, So, as to make the build little stable
