Make NflyFS to work when ViewFsOverloadScheme's scheme and target uris schemes are same.

Currently Nfly mount link will not work when we use ViewFSOverloadScheme.

Because when when configured scheme is hdfs and target uris scheme also hdfs, it will face the similar issue of looping what we discussed in design. We need to use FsGetter to handle looping.
