    Description

      Webhdfs doesn't handle encryption zone related REST APIs:
      createEncryptionZone,
      getEZForPath,
      listEncryptionZones,
      reencryptEncryptionZone,
      listReencryptionStatus,
      getFileEncryptionInfo,
      provisionEZTrash,

      This is related, but not the same as HDFS-12355.
