Description

testSyncAndBlockReportMetric test is failure in trunk.

org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.namenode.metrics.TestNameNodeMetrics.testSyncAndBlockReportMetric

Failing for the past 6 builds (Since Failed#21132 )
