libhdfs++: Docker script fails while trying to download JDK 7.

The CI system Apache Yetus crashes with:
Docker failed to build yetus/hadoop:78fc6b6

The error appears to be caused by:

Oracle JDK 7 is NOT installed.
dpkg: error processing package oracle-java7-installer (--configure):

It looks like the docker scripts need to be updated to resolve this issue.
