Catch Exception and log it in generateSnapshotDiffReport

Currently, we only catch RocksDBException and IOException in `generateSnapshotDiffReport`. Job's status doesn't change if we face any other during the execution. We need to change it to generic Exception catch, change the status and log the error message.
