    Description

      After HBASE-27632 and HBASE-27702, we removed SecureProtobufLogReader and SecureProtobufLogWriter, users do not need to specify the reader/writer class any more, they just need to enable WAL encryption.

      Remove the related configurations such as 'hbase.regionserver.hlog.writer.impl' and 'hbase.regionserver.hlog.reader.impl' in hbase-default.xml, and also change ref guide to tell users how to enable WAL encryption for 2.6+.
