Correct the line logged with flag hbase.procedure.upgrade-to-2-2 in docs

The https://hbase.apache.org/book.html#upgrade2.2 doc says to search for a "READY TO ROLLING UPGRADE" log in master after setting the flag whereas no such log exists. The actual log line indicating that procedure store is empty is "UPGRADE OK: All existed procedures have been finished, quit..."
