SnapshotInfo --snapshot param is marked as required even when trying to list all snapshots

SnapshotInfo –-list-snapshots lists all existing snapshots and doesn't need any filter, however, --snapshot param is marked as required, causing list to fail if this param is not defined.

Also, the help description is a bit confusing about which options should be used together.
