Unreadable table names after HBASE-24605

During the fix HBASE-24605 (Break long region names in the web UI) the 'word break' rule was applied to the 'table-striped' style, so literally, all tables in Master Web UI were affected. The most noticeable is the 'User Tables' when table names, as well as descriptions, and even State are wrapped in a very ugly way.
We have two options here:
1. Fix the user tables only as it was done previously for the procedures table
2. Apply 'word break' to those tables that require that.
Since most of the users are comfortable with the current UI we may go through the first way, so the changes would affect only the User table.
