Cleanup of unused RPC APIs in the presence of generic API getLogEntries

Now that we have generic RPC API getLogEntries for any type of ringbuffer use-case regardless of where the ring buffer is running (Master or Regionservers), we should better clean up old use-case specific APIs: GetSlowLogResponses
