    Description

      testAsyncSnapshotWillNotBlockSnapshotHFileCleaner is flaky.  The assert may fail.

      assertTrue(master.getSnapshotManager().isTakingAnySnapshot());
future.get(); // in branch-2.2, here is Thread.sleep
assertFalse(master.getSnapshotManager().isTakingAnySnapshot());
