      as per psomogyi LoadIncrementalHFiles is deprecated in 2.2 and removed in 3.0. Document BulkLoadHFilesTool invocation. for example

      hbase org.apache.hadoop.hbase.tool.BulkLoadHFilesTool completebulkload
