Description

There are more test runs to do with In Memory Compactions to show its benefits but we want to push hbase-2.0.0 now. After chatting on backchannel w/ the authors (Eshcar Hillel and Anastasia Braginsky), it was allowed we could flip the enabled bit to off for 2.0.0 until we finish up the testing work.
