Purge md5-making from our little make_rc.sh script

Don't generate md5s anymore. New Apache release policy via Apache Infrastructure asks that we not provide md5 as md5 is 'broken for many purposes; we should movea awy from it.' Remove the md5' making from our make-rc.sh script.
