Minor Description
Currently all the logs in SimpleRegionNormalizer are at DEBUG level.
When there is region split / merge, operator doesn't have immediate clue as to which component made the decision to split / merge.
This issue makes two log statements to INFO level so that user can find out by looking at the master log.
