S3A delegation token tests fail if fs.s3a.encryption.key set

    Description

      1. if you set an s3a encryption key, the Session and Role DelegationToken tests fail...the test setup needs to unset that key for config and bucket

      2. SSE-C tests don't seem to be unsetting all their bucket properties
