Expose KMS CachingKeyProvider statistics

    Description

      We saw a case where KMS seems to be blocked by its backing key provider. In our case it's Cloudera Key Trustee Server.

      KMS maintains a local cache of metadata. It would be beneficial to expose the statistics about the cache to understand the performance impact.
