AzureNativeFileSystemStore.getDirectorySet() to use getTrimmedStrings to get directory listings

AzureNativeFileSystemStore.getDirectorySet() should switch to Configuration.getTrimmedStrings() so the list of directories get whitespace and line endings removed.

As it stands, all paths need to go one the same line, without whitespace
