    Description

      The following test fails:

      TestFileSystemOperationExceptionHandling.testSingleThreadBlockBlobSeekScenario Expected exception: java.io.FileNotFoundException
TestFileSystemOperationsExceptionHandlingMultiThreaded.testMultiThreadBlockBlobSeekScenario Expected exception: java.io.FileNotFoundException

      I did early analysis and found HADOOP-14478 maybe the reason. I think we can fix the test itself here.
