Spanish translation duplicates "APP.NAME" string

The Spanish translations duplicates the APP.NAME string which is otherwise defined only within the English translation.

Translations within the webapp should inherit the APP.NAME string from the English translation, allowing downstream users to override the display name through overriding APP.NAME within en.json alone.
