    Description

While using Apache Guacamole (the latest "master" branch), I've found the issue that the mouse cursor isn't updated when enabling the gfx ("enable-gfx" is true).

      1. Open Notepad.
      2. Type some text.
      3. Double-click the text with the mouse.
      4. Move the mouse cursor with the "I" shape outside of Notepad.

In the step 4, we can see that the mouse cursor isn't updated.
But, when I move the mouse cursor on any icon of the desktop, the mouse cursor is updated with the change of the icon image.

I've recorded the issue to a video file and uploaded it.
      Please check the video.

When disabling the gfx ("enable-gfx" is false), this issue disappears.

Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.

      Thanks. Regards
