SqlClient: Make HELP, EXIT and QUIT also work without a semicolon

The special commands HELP, EXIT, and QUIT are not really part of the SQL syntax but rather tool-specific commands. Having the requirement to have the semicolon follow-up on these commands might not be necessary.
