Description

For a PendingTaskManager, the default slot resource is decided by ResourceAllocationStrategy. However, this default slot resource is ignored in FineGrainedSlotManager#allocateResource.

On the TM side, the default slot profile is calculated via TaskExecutorResourceUtils#generateDefaultSlotResourceProfile. This may lead to registered TM does not match the pending TM.
