Execution.transitionState does not properly log slot location

Execution.transitionState does not properly log the slot location when reporting the state transition. The problem is that we rely on LogicalSlot.toString for this information. I suggest to explicitly log the location information consisting of hostname and ResourceID of the machine on which the Execution is running.
