Allow the setting of an arbitrary property on an object via ObjectUtil

ObjectUtil already has a function called getValue() which returns the value of an object's property chain. A reverse function would be really useful (e.g. for grid itemEditors, which could use the dataField to set the new value), i.e. one that sets a new value to the end link of an object's chain.
