StageTextInput with prompt turns entered text gray on iOS 7

After entering text into a TextInput that has a prompt (either StageTextInputSkin or ScrollingStageTextInputSkin), the text turns from black to gray upon losing focus.

To reproduce:
1) Create a mobile project and add a simple text input with a prompt
2) Run on a device and type text into the input
3) Tap outside the input to remove focus
4) Notice that the text you typed turns from black to a light gray, the same as the color of the prompt.
