Flex QTP Automation doesnt record any actions on childobjects of advancedatagird

Steps to reproduce:
1.launch QTP
2. launch the flex application under test
3. record the childobjects of advancedatagrid
Ex. SparkListlabel is one of the childobject of advancedatagrid object.User has to select any item from sparkListlabel .

Actual Results:
Not getting identified

Expected Results:

should get identified based on index or selected item

Workaround (if any):
is it required to write delegate class for these object. If yes
Could you please help me to do so.
