Pressing a TabbedViewNavigator tab while the softKeyboard is activated doesn't change navigators

Steps to reproduce:
1. On an Android device, press in the TextArea, bringing up the soft keyboard
2. Press the Words Tab

Alternate steps:
1. Run the attached ButtonBarTest application
2. Press a button on the bottom button bar

Actual Results:
The softKeyboard deactivates but the TabbedViewNavigator does not change to the WordsView and the Letter tab remains selected

Expected Results:

The softKeyboard deactivates and the TabbedViewNavigator changes to the WordsView
