clean does not remove all AIR files

Steps to reproduce:
1. run ant prepare from the frameworks directory
2. run ant clean from the root directory

Actual Results:
runtimes directory is not removed

Expected Results:
runtimes directory should be removed

Workaround (if any):
run rm -rf from a shell
